Maylaa International is a diversified luxury group with businesses across trading, retail stores, factories, and gold & diamonds. As part of our expansion in the GCC, we are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead brand development, positioning, and growth across our luxury and lifestyle product lines. The role will ensure that all marketing and branding efforts align with the company’s vision, values, and long-term business goals.

Role Overview

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that enhance visibility, strengthen brand equity, and drive customer loyalty. This position requires a creative and analytical professional who understands the dynamics of luxury retail, market behavior, and effective brand storytelling within the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Development

 Develop and implement brand strategies that reflect company goals and market positioning.

 Ensure all brand initiatives are consistent across retail stores, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.

 Manage brand identity, visual language, and tone of communication across all touchpoints.

 Conduct regular brand audits to ensure alignment with evolving market trends and consumer preferences.

2. Marketing Campaign Management

 Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute seasonal campaigns, new launches, and promotional events.

 Partner with mall management, agencies, and suppliers for coordinated brand activations and visibility campaigns.

 Ensure timely execution of marketing collaterals (brochures, signage, packaging, displays) adhering to brand guidelines.

 Monitor and measure campaign effectiveness, analyzing ROI and customer engagement metrics.

3. Cross-functional Coordination

 Coordinate with design, retail, sales, and production teams to ensure brand alignment in all business functions.

 Work closely with external agencies, media partners, and influencers for effective brand representation.

 Support procurement and logistics teams in managing promotional materials, packaging, and visual merchandising elements.

4. Market Analysis & Consumer Insights

 Conduct competitive benchmarking and analyze market trends, identifying new opportunities for brand growth.

 Gather consumer insights through surveys, feedback, and data analytics to refine brand strategies.

 Present monthly and quarterly brand performance reports with actionable recommendations.

5. Visual Merchandising & In-store Branding

 Oversee visual merchandising guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all retail stores and outlets.

 Plan and manage product display concepts and layouts to enhance customer experience and conversion rates.

 Collaborate with the creative team for concept designs and implementation.

6. Leadership & Collaboration

 Work closely with the Marketing Head to translate strategic objectives into operational plans.

 Mentor junior marketing staff, ensuring brand knowledge and execution standards are upheld.

 Foster strong internal collaboration to create unified and impactful brand communication.

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

2. 4–7 years of proven experience in brand management, preferably within the luxury, lifestyle, or retail sector in GCC markets.

3. Strong understanding of branding principles, customer segmentation, and positioning.

4. Excellent coordination skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders.

5. Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken) preferred.

6. Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

7. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and brand analytics software.

8. Strong leadership, time management, and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

 Certification in Brand Strategy, Marketing Management, or Retail Branding.

 Familiarity with offline and online marketing integration (social media, influencer collaborations, email marketing).

 Experience in visual merchandising, product packaging, and campaign design coordination.

 Existing network of GCC mall, agency, or retail partners is an added advantage.
