We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead, strengthen, and elevate our brand’s presence across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer insights, and integrated marketing, along with hands-on experience in developing and executing impactful campaigns.


Qualification & Experience:


  • BBA/MBA with 5-6 years of experience in Brand management preferably in FMCG industry.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Carry out meeting sessions with team on regular basis and seek report on branding position in the market.


  • Analyze existing marketing situation to highlight any deficiencies in the strategy being implemented.


  • Advise subordinates regarding necessary improvements to enhance the impact of campaigns.


  • Lead all activities regarding short term project execution; Supervise each phase of every brand project that includes planning, strategizing, brainstorming, rationalizing and executing.


  • Ensure successful completion of each step by the subordinates; Supervise these activities and analyze the progress.


  • Share information regarding current standing of the brand in market; Collaborate with senior management for strategizing long term plans for branding of each product.


  • Analyze current brand positioning with team; Highlight any deficiencies in existing organizational strategy with respect to set milestones.


  • Collaborate with New Product Development and Planning and Development department to identify objectives of the project.


  • Initiate discussions to brainstorm ideas for achieving set targets; Share strategies with subordinates to achieve targets.


  • Exchange data statistics with team on monthly basis; Carry out statistical analysis on branding data extracted from the system.


  • Coordinate with subordinates for preparing branding reports of each activity being carried out; Lead all data management activities performed by team members.


  • Ensure timely formulation of brand reports on the basis of current statistics by subordinates; Present brand reports quarterly about number of sales of relevant products; Seek insights after analysis of these reports from senior management.
