Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 6 years of brand marketing experience in the FMCG sector
  • Excellent skills in organization, planning, time management, and budget control
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with proven competence in planning and reporting
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and new initiatives to drive sales growth and strengthen brand equity
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Fluency in English

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead 360° brand marketing activities in line with the overall brand strategy and company objectives
  • Manage agency relationships: prepare clear, actionable briefs and review creative outputs for brand consistency and alignment
  • Oversee campaign communications, including digital advertising and social media operations
  • Monitor and manage the brand’s annual marketing budget
  • Take ownership of new product development processes including packaging, pricing, and product positioning
  • Identify tactical growth opportunities and support the Marketing Manager in spotting strategic initiatives through data analysis
  • Analyze and report on market trends, digital marketing performance, and competitor activities to identify growth areas and improve competitiveness
