Brand Manager
to join the marketing team based in
İstanbul (European Side)
.

🎯 What You Will Do

Develop and execute
brand strategies
and
annual marketing plans
aligned with company objectives.

Lead
brand portfolio management
and architecture, identifying market opportunities to drive growth.

Manage the
end-to-end product lifecycle
, from strategic planning to tactical execution.

Monitor
brand performance
and
market dynamics
, analyze category trends, competition, and consumer insights to define actionable plans.

Conduct
P&L analysis
and develop effective
pricing and positioning strategies
.

Design and implement
marketing communication plans
across multiple markets.
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with
sales, trade marketing, R&D, and supply chain
teams to ensure brand consistency and business alignment.

Manage
marketing budgets
efficiently and monitor
ROI
on brand activities.
💡 What We Expect
-
Bachelor’s degree
from a reputable university (Master’s/MBA is a plus).

4–6 years of marketing experience
within the
FMCG sector
.
-
Proven experience in
international or global brand management
is a strong advantage.

Excellent command of
written and spoken English
.

Strong
analytical, strategic, and creative thinking
skills.

A
proactive, curious, and highly motivated
team player.

Skilled in
planning, organization, and multitasking
in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in
MS Office
(especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Residence on the
European side of İstanbul
(or willing to relocate).
