Brand Manager

Our rapidly growing cosmetics brand is seeking an experienced Brand Manager with strong knowledge of the UAE market to lead our brand strategy and elevate our presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute brand strategies tailored to the UAE beauty market

· Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning

· Manage digital, retail, PR, and influencer marketing campaigns

· Analyze UAE consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities

· Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms

· Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams

· Track performance of brand initiatives and optimize accordingly

Requirements:

· 2-3+ years of brand management experience in cosmetics/beauty

· Proven experience working in the UAE market is essential

· Strong understanding of UAE consumer behavior and beauty industry dynamics

· Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand campaigns

· Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

· Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and multicultural work environment
