Required Skills

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in a similar role in the OTC or medical field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and external partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Previous experience in CIS countries would be an advantage
  • Willingness to work in Kazakhstan or other CIS countries is preferred


Job Description

  • Responsible for all stages from product development to market launch
  • Developing new products and improving existing ones
  • Managing the launch process of new products
  • Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends
  • Analyzing and documenting the product development process
  • Leading internal and external product audits
  • Collaborating closely with the R&D team
  • Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Developing brand strategy, including style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value propositions for both short and long term
  • Planning and executing all communication and media activities across all channels, including online and social media
  • Assisting with product development, pricing, and new product launches, as well as identifying new business opportunities
  • Creating and managing promotional materials to establish and strengthen product branding
  • Managing the advertising and promotional budget
  • Conducting competitor and customer insights analyses
  • Preparing reports on sales forecasts, financial performance, and product sales results
