Required Skills

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in a similar role in the OTC or medical field
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
Russian and English

Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and external partners

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficiency in MS Office programs

Previous experience in CIS countries would be an advantage

Job Description
-
Responsible for all stages from product development to market launch
-
Developing new products and improving existing ones
-
Managing the launch process of new products
-
Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends
-
Analyzing and documenting the product development process
-
Leading internal and external product audits
-
Collaborating closely with the R&D team
-
Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities
-
Developing brand strategy, including style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value propositions for both short and long term
-
Planning and executing all communication and media activities across all channels, including online and social media
-
Assisting with product development, pricing, and new product launches, as well as identifying new business opportunities
-
Creating and managing promotional materials to establish and strengthen product branding
-
Managing the advertising and promotional budget
-
Conducting competitor and customer insights analyses
-
Preparing reports on sales forecasts, financial performance, and product sales results
