Job Title: Brand Manager

Role Overview

Devasya is looking for a strategic and creative Brand Manager to lead and strengthen the brand’s identity across all consumer touchpoints. The role will focus on brand positioning, campaign planning, content direction, and ensuring a consistent brand voice across digital, retail, PR, and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of fashion retail, consumer behavior, and storytelling, with the ability to translate brand strategy into impactful execution.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Own and execute Devasya’s overall brand strategy in line with business goals.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Strengthen brand recall and premium perception in domestic markets.

Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan and manage seasonal campaigns, collection launches, festive calendars, and brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and retail teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Oversee content planning for social media, website, emailers, and offline assets.

Digital, PR & Influencer Marketing

  • Work closely with digital marketing teams on performance and brand campaigns.
  • Lead influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and PR initiatives.
  • Coordinate with stylists, editors, and media for features, shoots, and brand placements.

Retail & Customer Experience

  • Align brand storytelling across physical stores, VM, exhibitions, and pop-ups.
  • Work with retail teams to ensure consistent brand experience at store level.
  • Support exhibition and event branding and execution.

Analytics & Market Insights

  • Track campaign performance, brand metrics, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Use insights to refine brand strategy and communication.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5–8 years of experience in brand management, preferably in fashion or retail.
  • Strong understanding of luxury / premium consumer branding.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and vendors.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and performance.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
