Brand Manager Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead our brand-building initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage brand equity, and drive customer engagement to maximize brand awareness and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Development:
Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance market presence and customer engagement.
Define brand positioning, value proposition, and key messaging.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Marketing & Campaigns:
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, and events).
Work with creative teams to develop compelling branding materials and advertisements.
Collaborate with agencies, influencers, and media partners for brand promotion.
Product & Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and brand perception.
Analyze sales data, campaign performance, and ROI to optimize branding efforts.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure brand alignment.
Develop marketing partnerships and collaborations to strengthen brand visibility.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
Budget & Performance Management:
Oversee the branding budget and ensure cost-effective marketing initiatives.
Track key brand performance metrics (brand awareness, engagement).
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous brand growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
