Since 2018 , Smile Hair Clinic continues its operations in a 7-story, stylishly designed, high-tech clinic building in the financial district of Istanbul, where more than 150 trained personnel work. The quality and excellence of hair transplantation operations depend on intensive training procedures. We are looking for an "Brand Manager" to join our growing team.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Graduated from university departments, preferably Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design or Visual arts
  • At least 7 years of brand management and creative agency experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience in branding, design direction and communication strategies
  • Having an active role in brand re-positioning processes and having the experience to strategically design and manage these processes.
  • Being able to think holistically about a new positioning to be built on the existing brand story and the brand identity, communication language and visual world design accordingly.
  • Having communication and project management skills to effectively coordinate with agencies, internal teams and other stakeholders in the re-branding process.
  • Strong artistic perspective, strong aesthetic eye
  • Able to manage creative projects end-to-end from brief to conclusion
  • Dominates the digital world; familiar with social media, influencer marketing and digital production processes
  • Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite tools to the extent of reading/interpreting them (not a designer but competent enough to manage the design)
  • Experience working with healthcare, beauty/aesthetics or lifestyle brands is preferred
  • Proficient in English communication (in terms of briefing, presentation, content evaluation)


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Creating and maintaining a consistent and striking brand identity across all communication channels of the brand (digital, social media, printed materials, in-clinic experience, etc.)
  • Working in coordination with agencies (advertising, digital, creative production); creating briefs, managing campaigns and monitoring output quality
  • Developing creative campaigns, projects and communication content in line with brand strategies
  • Collaborating with the design team to increase the quality of visual and verbal communication; preparing moodboards, storyboards and brand guides
  • Taking an active role in projects that will improve patient experience and brand perception (branding-focused in-clinic design, social media concepts, experience design, etc.)
  • Keeping the brand's positioning up-to-date by conducting market and competitor analyses
  • Monitoring and reporting brand KPIs (perception, awareness, interaction, conversion rates, etc.)
