Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead and grow our Beauty Care & Cosmetics portfolio in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand strategy, market positioning, product launches, and driving brand performance across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage brand positioning, communication, and visibility across all platforms
• Lead product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity
• Coordinate with sales, digital, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency
• Manage marketing budgets and evaluate ROI on campaigns

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of experience in Brand Management within the Beauty / Cosmetics / FMCG industry
• Strong understanding of the UAE and regional market
• Proven experience in handling established brands
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Any nationality
• Female candidates preferred
