We are now looking for a Brand Manager who will act as the guardian, filter, and driver of the Manu Atelier brand worldwide.
This is a brand leadership role.
THE ROLE
The Brand Manager is responsible for protecting, elevating, and consistently expressing the Manu Atelier brand across all touch-points — internal and external.
This role requires full dedication, sharp brand judgment, cultural intelligence, and strategic discipline.
You will work closely with the founders and creative leadership, translating vision into clarity, structure, and execution across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy & Positioning

Own and protect Manu Atelier’s brand positioning globally

Define and maintain brand codes, tone of voice, and visual consistency

Act as the final brand filter across all channels and initiatives

Build long-term brand equity rather than short-term visibility
Creative & Visual Leadership

Oversee brand expression across campaigns, content, website, retail, and communication

Ensure all creative output aligns with Manu Atelier’s aesthetic and values

Work closely with Creative Director and production teams

Challenge work that does not meet brand standards
Cultural Intelligence

Understand contemporary luxury beyond trends and algorithms

Benchmark selectively

Avoid imitation — protect originality through judgement, not reference copying
Campaigns & Storytelling

Lead seasonal brand narratives and campaign frameworks

Ensure storytelling is culturally relevant, refined, and globally resonant

Avoid trend-driven communication in favor of timeless relevance
Retail & Brand Experience

Define brand expression in physical retail, pop-ups, and events

Ensure consistency of brand experience across markets and touch-points

Support retail activations with strong brand logic
Influence, Partnerships & Cultural Presence

Define the brand’s approach to influence and partnerships

Select collaborators based on brand alignment, not reach

Protect the brand from misaligned or opportunistic associations
Cross-Functional Leadership

Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, PR, and creative teams

Bring clarity, focus, and discipline to brand initiatives

Act as a strategic partner to founders

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

7–12+ years of experience in brand management within luxury, fashion, or culture-driven brands

A proven track record in brand management, with clear ownership of brand decisions and outcomes

Exceptional taste and strong aesthetic judgment

Deep understanding of contemporary luxury and global cultural dynamics

Strong visual judgement supported by strategic and analytical thinking

Ability to balance qualitative brand intuition with data-informed decision-making

Ability to define, track, and interpret relevant KPIs and ROI metrics to assess the impact of brand initiatives, without compromising long-term brand equity

Ability to use data and insights as decision-support tools, without allowing them to override brand judgement

Experience leading small, high-standard teams with clarity, accountability, and thoughtful direction

Strategic mindset combined with practical sensibility and operational discipline

Confident decision-maker with a clear point of view

Comfortable working closely with founders and senior leadership

Fluent in English (native or near-native level)
