Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with client goals and market positioning.
  • Define brand architecture, tone of voice, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, industry developments, and cultural shifts to keep brand strategies relevant and innovative.

2. Consumer & Market Research

  • Conduct detailed market research, competitive benchmarking, and consumer behavior analysis.
  • Transform insights into actionable brand recommendations and creative briefs.

3. Client Relationship Management & Business Growth

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong long-term relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
  • Lead and deliver high-impact pitches for new business opportunities.

4. Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, digital, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Translate brand strategy into creative campaigns, ensuring consistency across platforms.
  • Oversee content and communication touchpoints to maintain brand integrity.

5. Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign KPIs, track ROI, and deliver actionable insights for optimization.
  • Regularly review and refine strategies to stay ahead of competitors and evolving audience needs.

6. Thought Leadership & Innovation

  • Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies, AI trends, and influencer marketing best practices.
  • Represent the agency in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
