Brand Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Assist to ensure that designated brand(s) have a compelling and differentiated brand positioning anchored in a rigorous demonstration of consumer and competitor understanding and brought to life through a relevant connection map via the optimum mix of communication (digital priority), promotion, sponsorship, and to build equity and drive behavior.
  • Maintain designated brands integrity across product lines, advertising and other external and internal communications as it pertains to assigned brands.
  • Ensure all elements of brand communication and activations are fully connected with the positioning.
  • Maintain brand relevance to target audience as per portfolio role.
  • Compile accurate and timely data for monthly brand performance reports.
  • Assist with integrated plan development and leads delivery of assigned projects with Trade Marketing, Sales to ensure fully interpreted programs to the targeted customers.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in delivering the renovation and innovation projects for the brand including project development and testing, preparation of stage gate pre-read materials and follow up.
  • Timely and regularly forwards plans and achievements of the marketing objectives and assist in detailing all programs including but not limited to sales, and retail presentations.


Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration marketing major.
  • 3-5 of relevant experience.

FMCG experience is a MUST.
