Responsibilities:

Assist to ensure that designated brand(s) have a compelling and differentiated brand positioning anchored in a rigorous demonstration of consumer and competitor understanding and brought to life through a relevant connection map via the optimum mix of communication (digital priority), promotion, sponsorship, and to build equity and drive behavior.

Maintain designated brands integrity across product lines, advertising and other external and internal communications as it pertains to assigned brands.

Ensure all elements of brand communication and activations are fully connected with the positioning.

Maintain brand relevance to target audience as per portfolio role.

Compile accurate and timely data for monthly brand performance reports.

Assist with integrated plan development and leads delivery of assigned projects with Trade Marketing, Sales to ensure fully interpreted programs to the targeted customers.

Support the Marketing Manager in delivering the renovation and innovation projects for the brand including project development and testing, preparation of stage gate pre-read materials and follow up.

Timely and regularly forwards plans and achievements of the marketing objectives and assist in detailing all programs including but not limited to sales, and retail presentations.
Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration marketing major.
-
3-5 of relevant experience.
FMCG experience is a MUST.
