Know Your Consumer Deeply& Win with Shopper: Develop an in-depth understanding at a Category and Brand level of consumer and shopper behavior, identify consumer and shopper insights and acquire understanding of competitive environment and their implications on the business. Assist in following up on employee cases, concerns, and required actions.

Create Engaging Brand Experience/ Consumer promotions: Brief and manage communication development, packaging development, BTL Activities, Digitals Activation and market research projects.

Manages execution of strong functionally aligned brand and ICP plans: cooperate proactively with other functions (DSP, CCSD, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Technical) to ensure alignment of projects.

Monitor and review business performance of Brands within Category, identify and propose to Group Brand Manager corrective actions where required.

Delight with Product & Packaging experience: Manages tastiest and healthiest food/beverage experiences within brand portfolio in a way that contributes to CSV.

Carry out Pre & Post evaluation of relevant Communication Actions, Consumer Promotions and New Product Developments and ensure application of the learnings into Brand plans.

Support development of (Junior) Brand Managers if applicable.
What Will Make You Successful…

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
-
Minimum 3-7 years of experience in brand management for leading FMCG companies in KSA /GCC.

Good understanding of digital marketing.
-
Excellent command of Arabic and English.
