Brand Manager – Apparel/Clothing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly motivated Brand Manager to lead the brand development and marketing initiatives for our apparel/clothing line. This role will be responsible for building brand equity, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints, and driving the brand’s positioning in a competitive fashion market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s overall vision and business goals.
  • Define and refine the brand’s tone, voice, and visual identity.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
  • Marketing Campaigns
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, retail, and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop campaign concepts, photoshoots, content, and promotional material.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI.
  • Product & Collection Launches
  • Coordinate seasonal product launches, ensuring all brand assets, packaging, and messaging are aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with product development, merchandising, and design teams to ensure product-market fit.
  • Retail & E-Commerce Experience
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation across retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and third-party sellers.
  • Collaborate with UX, visual merchandising, and retail teams to enhance brand experience in physical and digital environments.
  • Brand Partnerships & Influencer Collaborations
  • Identify and manage relationships with influencers, stylists, celebrities, and brand ambassadors.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Budget & Reporting
  • Manage the brand marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Track KPIs, prepare reports, and present findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 4+ years of experience in brand management or marketing within the fashion/apparel industry.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end brand campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Shopify, and social media platforms.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Passion for fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle branding.
  • Experience working with DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong visual and creative sensibility.
