We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead and grow our beauty and personal care brands in the Qatar market. This role requires strong ownership of brand strategy, market execution, and cross-functional coordination - from marketing and sales to retail and e-commerce.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring brand consistency, driving market presence, and delivering measurable commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute brand strategy aligned with business objectives
- Manage brand positioning, storytelling, and communication across all channels
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, launches, and in-market activations
- Work closely with sales, retail, e-commerce, and distribution teams
- Oversee ATL, BTL, and digital marketing activities
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and performance KPIs
- Manage brand budgets and ensure optimal ROI
- Coordinate with principals and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Brand Manager or similar role
- Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, FMCG, or personal care
- Strong understanding of the Qatar retail and distribution landscape
- Proven ability to manage brands across modern trade, pharmacies, and e-commerce
- Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Currently based in Qatar
