Role Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Brand Manager to lead and optimize our brand’s digital presence and performance. This role will be responsible for managing SEO, online reputation, digital ecosystem structure, and UI/UX consistency across platforms. The ideal candidate will act as a central coordinator across writing, development, design, and social media teams to ensure a unified and high-performing brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Performance
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics across digital channels.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
2. SEO & Digital Visibility
- Lead on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and performance tracking.
3. Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and sentiment across digital platforms.
- Develop strategies to enhance positive brand perception and mitigate negative feedback.
- Coordinate with customer support and social teams to manage responses and engagement.
4. Digital Structure & Meta Optimization
- Oversee website architecture, ensuring optimal structure for search engines and user experience.
- Manage meta tags, schema markup, internal linking, and crawl optimization.
- Work closely with developers to maintain a technically sound digital ecosystem.
5. UI/UX & Brand Experience
- Ensure all digital interfaces align with brand guidelines and deliver a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with design teams to optimize layouts, navigation, and visual hierarchy.
- Use data insights (heatmaps, user journeys) to improve engagement and conversions.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the central point of coordination between Writing, Development, Design, and Social Media teams.
- Align all departments toward a unified brand structure and messaging framework.
- Facilitate regular sync meetings and ensure timely execution of brand initiatives.
7. Content & Social Media Alignment
- Guide content strategy to ensure alignment with SEO and brand positioning.
- Oversee social media presence to maintain consistency in tone and messaging.
- Support campaigns that integrate content, social, and performance marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO, ORM, and digital marketing frameworks.
- Experience with website structure optimization, CMS platforms, and analytics tools.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in UI/UX optimization and customer journey mapping.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Background in managing multi-channel brand campaigns.
KPIs / Success Metrics
- Organic traffic growth and search ranking improvements.
- Brand sentiment and online reputation scores.
- Website performance (bounce rate, session duration, conversion rate).
- Consistency and alignment across digital platforms.
- Efficiency of cross-team collaboration and project delivery timelines.
