About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager/E-commerce Manager to oversee our WooCommerce platform and drive operational efficiency for our fashion e-commerce business, targeting the US market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, growing, and maintaining our brand’s presence across multiple markets, ensuring consistent messaging, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full product lifecycle, including listing, categorization, updates, and stock availability on WooCommerce.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, paid ads, email campaigns, and social media.
• Analyze website performance metrics (traffic, bounce rates, conversions) and propose data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure product pages are optimized for aesthetics and functionality.
• Oversee discount strategies, promotional banners, and seasonal content on the storefront.
• Ensure website is updated with correct policies, shipping details, and FAQs relevant to the US market.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience managing international e-commerce brands (mainly USA) fashion/apparel experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Merchant Center, Ads Manager, Shopify/WordPress, etc
• Solid understanding of on-page/off-page SEO and familiarity with keyword tools.
• Ability to work independently and can manage the team, manage multiple markets, and deliver measurable results.
