Brand Manager - FMCG

Key Accountabilities:

  • The BM role is to assists the Marketing Manager in the development marketing strategy which grows the product portfolio, encompassing both existing products and new product development.
  • Conducts competitor & marketplace research.
  • Analyzing data to report on Brand performance.
  • Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Keep an eye on the marketing budget to maximize gains.
  • Ensure all creative marketing materials undergo brand review and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Develop marketing & sales presentations, kits & other POSM.
  • Compile reports on marketing activities.
  • Work with external agencies & vendors.
  • Contribute in digital campaigns (email marketing, SM).
  • Contribute in updating social media platforms & website is going to be a plus
  • Provides input in establishing the annual marketing plan.
  • Coordinates the implementation of marketing strategy that develops the organization in building share and equity in the designated portfolio realizing improved market share performance, sales revenue, and gross margin.
  • Manage the new market segment opportunities and leads the organization through new product launches.
  • Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmentally friendly methods.


Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related majors
  • A minimum 7 Years of previous experience
  • Excellent English Languages skills
  • Computer skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Strong Customer Focus
