Role Overview:
Drive brand strategy, growth, and market excellence for key nutraceutical products in the domestic market. Lead brand planning, consumer insights, campaign development, and cross-functional execution to strengthen market position and accelerate business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business objectives.
- Drive end-to-end marketing initiatives: ATL, BTL, digital, trade marketing, and medical activation.
- Analyse market trends, competitor intelligence, and consumer/doctor insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with sales teams to build impactful marketing tools, collaterals, and promotional strategies.
- Lead new product launches from concept to go-to-market.
- Manage brand P&L, pricing strategy, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with medical, regulatory, supply chain, and creative agencies to ensure flawless execution.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and strengthen brand equity.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 6 – 7 years of experience in Brand/Marketing roles within Nutraceuticals, Pharma, or Consumer Health.
- Strong understanding of domestic nutraceutical market dynamics, HCP engagement, and consumer behavior.
- Proven experience in crafting impactful campaigns and driving successful product launches.
- Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and P&L understanding.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
Education: MBA in Marketing / Pharma-MBA / Life Sciences background preferred.
