Brand Manager - Partnerships

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic marketing professional to support the planning and execution of brand initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships. This role will work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and external partners to bring brand campaigns to life while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in managing multiple projects from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing campaigns, creative deliverables, and brand initiatives from concept through execution
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams including creative, marketing, and account management, as well as external partners
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets, campaigns, and communications
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content creators to deliver high-quality creative assets
  • Support the development and execution of brand partnerships, sponsorships, and marketing activations
  • Assist in planning and coordinating digital campaigns, social media initiatives, and content strategies
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement
  • Utilize project management and collaboration tools to organize timelines, deliverables, and communication across teams
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines

Experience

  • 3–6+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, creative project management, or partnership marketing
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and marketing fundamentals
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across campaigns and marketing materials
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Experience working in an agency, marketing services, or multi-brand portfolio environment is a plus
  • Background in partnership marketing, sponsorships, brand activations, or experiential marketing preferred
  • Familiarity with social media marketing, digital campaigns, and content strategy
  • Experience supporting brand partnerships with sports teams, events, or lifestyle brands is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar platforms
  • Experience working with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Zionsville, IN 46077
