Kling Trading LLC is the exclusive distributor of leading travel luggage and lifestyle brands in the UAE, including Giordano, National Geographic, LOJEL, Track, and Rower. With over 60 years of expertise, we manage a strong portfolio across retail, e-commerce, and travel retail. We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to take ownership of our lifestyle and travel brands, driving their growth, profitability, and market presence in the region.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with company growth and revenue goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for expansion.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to strengthen market presence.
- Drive brand expansion into new markets and territories through targeted strategies.
Product & Portfolio Management
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including new launches, portfolio optimization, and SKU management.
- Adapt and localize products to meet regional consumer needs and preferences.
- Monitor product performance and profitability, recommending corrective actions where needed.
Marketing Campaigns & Execution
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across retail, trade, events, and digital platforms.
- Develop and execute promotional plans to boost consumer engagement and sales.
- Oversee advertising, PR, and influencer initiatives to increase brand visibility and preference.
Commercial & Financial Management
- Own the P&L for assigned brands, ensuring delivery of sales, margin, and market share targets.
- Forecast demand and work with supply chain to maintain healthy inventory levels.
- Track ROI of marketing and trade initiatives, optimizing spend for maximum effectiveness.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing to design channel-specific programs that drive conversion.
- Collaborate with Finance to monitor pricing, margins, and promotional spend.
- Work closely with regional/global brand teams to align local execution with international direction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 6–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in brand management (FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry preferred).
- Proven experience in managing consumer brands with strong retail presence.
- Solid commercial acumen with P&L ownership and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
