Role - Brand Manager - Visual Communication
As a key member of our team, you will lead the creative vision , ensuring that our branding resonates across all platforms. You will work collaboratively with a talented team to drive innovative marketing strategies that align with our growth goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the creative team (design, content, and social) to uphold the brand's creative vision.
- Serve as the custodian of brand strategy, ensuring coherence and visual appeal across all platforms.
- Translate brand growth goals into actionable creative strategies.
- Break down creative strategies at the functional level to achieve measurable goals.
- Oversee the development of projects including packaging design, social media creatives, ad copies, video assets, and landing pages, managing deadlines and execution from start to finish.
- Brainstorm and develop innovative creative concepts, ensuring the team's output is both effective and original.
- Monitor current trends, cultural codes, and customer feedback to create relevant communications for the brand.
- Utilize quantitative metrics to optimize creative strategies, focusing on key performance indicators such as CTR, CVR, and view-through rates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading diverse creative teams.
- Hands-on expertise in graphic design or copywriting.
- Demonstrated success in creating marketing and advertising campaigns, from vision development to production oversight.
- Experience in crafting or supervising the creation of brand strategy documents from inception.
- Strong understanding of project management, including budget management and timely execution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
