Brand Marketing Designer
The Designer is responsible for the creation, design, and execution of content across Corkcicle’s overall brand, B2B, and direct-to-consumer marketing channels. This can include assets for print collateral, point of sale, email, paid advertising, social media, website, and more. The Ideal candidate is someone who aspires to represent the Corkcicle brand through exceptional graphic design and high-quality marketing assets. This position may be based in Orlando, FL or remote within the United States.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design iteratively, with a grasp of typography, color, composition, messaging hierarchy, and balance.
- Conceptualize, design, and execute visual content for email, digital ads, social, web, and more, including optimization of engaging digital and social assets with motion.
- Create engaging visual assets through photography, typography, illustrations, and more.
- Build and release production-ready files, both print and digital.
- Execute design needs for wholesale channels, including but not limited to bi-annual printed product catalog, tradeshow vinyl and graphics, and sales presentations.
- Support design of retail channels, including but not limited to big-box retailer displays (i.e. Costco, Lowe’s), and in-store signage for Corkcicle at Disney Springs.
- Utilize existing brand imagery from the Corkcicle library to build fresh, exciting content.
- Assist in the concepting and planning of photoshoots to garner new imagery.
- Edit and finalize assets for Corkcicle.com, including but not limited to retouching product imagery, PDP infographics and iconography, and resizing imagery.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the product assortment and competitive environment to ensure the most effective creative solutions.
- Handle multiple assignments at once, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility to respond to changing content strategy.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload that often requires a short turnaround time.
- Report to the SVP Marketing & Product Operations. No direct reports.

QUALIFICATIONS – KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Ability to design independently and to efficiently incorporate feedback.
- Knowledge and experience in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Experience using AI-assisted design and content generation tools, with an eye for maintaining brand quality and originality.
- Familiarity with Dropbox and project management tools.
- Motion Design experience is required.
- Video editing experience is a plus, but not required.

- Ability to work within the core hours of 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional needs to accommodate a flexible schedule outside of core hours / weekdays.
WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / FLSA STATUS
- Indoor, open office environment. The office noise level is moderately quiet.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time while simultaneously working on the computer and telephone. Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally.
- Travel up to 10% may be required for visits to the Corkcicle corporate office in Orlando, Florida.
