Brand Marketing Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand & Marketing Executive with minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing. The ideal candidate should have a blend of traditional marketing knowledge and digital expertise, with a passion for building brands, running mass campaigns, and leveraging social media to engage audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Building & Communication
  • Assist in developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen recall and visibility.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms (print, digital, events, social).
  • Coordinate with creative teams/agencies for content, designs, and campaigns.
  • Marketing Campaigns (Offline + Online)
  • Plan and execute mass marketing activities such as events, local activations, print, and radio ads.
  • Manage social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative campaign ideas.
  • Digital & Social Media Marketing
  • Create and post engaging content aligned with brand objectives.
  • Run targeted paid ad campaigns, track ROI, and optimize budgets.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor performance and prepare monthly reports.
  • Market Research & Insights
  • Conduct customer and market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Collect feedback from campaigns and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Cross-functional Support
  • Work with vendors, creative agencies, and internal teams to execute campaigns smoothly.
  • Support sales and operations teams with marketing materials, collaterals, and presentations.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of both offline marketing (ATL/BTL) and online marketing (social media, digital ads).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative campaigns.
  • Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, MS Office (basic design/editing tools preferred).
  • Excellent communication (English/Hindi/Marathi preferred) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
