Role Overview
The Brand & Marketing Executive will function as a strategic marketing operator, responsible for:
- Building Jade’s global brand positioning
- Supporting outbound growth and pipeline generation
- Creating high-quality, enterprise-grade content
- Enabling sales through structured marketing initiatives
This is not a basic marketing role. The role requires ownership, strategic thinking, and execution capability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Positioning & Messaging
- Translate Jade’s strategy into clear, consistent messaging
- Maintain alignment across:
- Website
- Profiles (US, KSA, Global)
- Proposals and decks
- Ensure brand reflects:
- Enterprise credibility
- Governance-first positioning
- High-value services
2. Content & Thought Leadership
- Develop content for:
- LinkedIn (primary channel)
- Website
- Case studies and use cases
- Whitepapers / insight pieces
- Focus on:
- AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Compliance
- Industry trends (US & KSA markets)
3. Outbound Marketing Support
- Work closely with GTM Engineer to support outbound campaigns
- Assist in:
- Email campaigns
- Messaging frameworks
- Lead engagement content
4. Sales Enablement
- Support sales teams with:
- Proposal content
- Pitch decks
- Capability documents
- Ensure all materials are:
- Professionally structured
- Consistent with positioning
5. Digital Presence Management
- Manage and improve:
- LinkedIn company presence
- Website content updates
- Ensure consistency and quality of communication
6. Market Intelligence Support
- Research:
- Industry trends
- Competitor positioning
- US and KSA market insights
- Provide inputs to leadership and sales teams
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 2–5 years in marketing, branding, or content roles
- Experience in B2B, technology, or services industry preferred
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate into business messaging
- Content creation and storytelling
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
- Research and analytical thinking
Tools (Preferred)
