High-end, design-driven firm is seeking an in-person Brand & Marketing Lead to help guide the next phase of growth. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who excels at brand storytelling, campaign development, and experiential marketing within a visually sophisticated environment.

This is a brand and strategy role, not a technical digital or advertising position. The Brand & Marketing Lead will own messaging, campaigns, and content direction while collaborating closely with leadership and internal partners.


Core Responsibilities

Brand & Messaging

  • Own and evolve the brand’s voice, positioning, and narrative
  • Ensure consistency across campaigns, events, content, and PR efforts
  • Act as a brand steward across all touchpoints

Campaign & Content Strategy

  • Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns
  • Create high-level content strategies aligned with business goals
  • Direct creative themes and storytelling (not just execution)

Events & Experiential Marketing

  • Lead marketing strategy for in-person events and activations
  • Support showroom and experiential initiatives
  • Coordinate messaging for launches and brand moments

Social Media Strategy (High-Level)

  • Define social media strategy and content direction
  • Collaborate with support staff or coordinators on execution
  • Ensure social aligns with brand and campaign objectives

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with leadership and Sales for alignment
  • Collaborate with a Digital Advertising & Website/E-Commerce Lead
  • Support internal planning and rollout of marketing initiatives

What This Role Is NOT

To ensure clarity, this position does not own:

  • Website maintenance or development
  • SEO, PPC, or paid media
  • E-commerce management
  • Technical analytics or backend systems

Those responsibilities will sit with a separate digital/advertising role.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years in brand, marketing, or campaign strategy roles
  • Experience in luxury, design, hospitality, lifestyle, or creative industries preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with creative intuition
  • Confident communicator who can articulate ideas clearly
  • Comfortable working in an in-person, collaborative environment

Compensation & Structure

  • Salary: Starting at $80,000 (DOE)
  • Location: In-person, Scottsdale, AZ
  • Status: Full-time
