Role Description

Grou is hiring a full-time Brand & Marketing Lead to join our team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This is a hybrid role, with in-office days Tuesday through Thursday.

We are looking for a strategic, highly organized marketing lead to oversee integrated marketing across a portfolio of creative and lifestyle clients. This role is ideal for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution, leading campaign roadmaps, managing team workflow, aligning cross-channel deliverables, and keeping client work organized, on-brand, and performance-driven.

This person will serve as a key bridge between big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution, helping build scalable processes while ensuring campaigns move forward with clarity, consistency, and strong creative direction.

What You’ll Do

Lead Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and oversee integrated marketing strategies across client accounts, including collection launches, paid media, email, and social
  • Build seasonal and campaign-level roadmaps aligned to business goals and channel execution
  • Translate brand positioning into clear, actionable strategies across all touchpoints

Own Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Lead planning and rollout of key campaigns, ensuring alignment across all channels
  • Define timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure seamless execution
  • Maintain a high standard of creative and messaging consistency

Support the Marketing Team

  • Oversee team workflow, ensuring clear prioritization and accountability
  • Brief team members with clear direction, objectives, and success metrics
  • Provide ongoing feedback to elevate performance

Build and Optimize Processes

  • Establish and refine processes for campaign planning, creative development, and execution
  • Ensure workflows are efficient, scalable, and repeatable
  • Identify gaps and implement solutions to improve output and speed

Oversee Organization & Documentation

  • Ensure all briefs, calendars, assets, and campaign materials are organized and accessible
  • Maintain centralized systems for campaign tracking and content planning
  • Drive consistency in how information is stored and shared across the team

Drive Cross-Channel Integration

  • Ensure cohesion across email, paid, social, web, and offline channels
  • Align messaging and creative to support a unified brand narrative
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution

Performance, Budgeting & Reporting

  • Own marketing budget planning in partnership with finance
  • Track and manage spend across channels, ensuring efficient allocation
  • Oversee performance reporting across email, paid, social, and web
  • Translate insights into forward-looking strategy, optimizing channel mix and campaign planning
  • Establish testing frameworks and identify opportunities to improve ROI

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment on strategy and execution
  • Present marketing plans, campaign performance, and strategic recommendations
  • Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in integrated campaigns within an agency or brand environment
  • Proven ability to lead strategy across multiple channels (email, paid, social, web)
  • Highly organized with a strong operational mindset and attention to detail
  • Experienced in managing and developing teams with a clear leadership approach
  • Strong understanding of campaign planning, content development, and performance marketing
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
  • Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture vision with executional precision
  • Clear communicator with the ability to brief, present, and align cross-functional teams

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
