Our amazing team is growing, and we are looking to add a Brand Marketing Manager to lead that team and accelerate the growth of TransformHQ.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead the execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, drive awareness, and engage our target audience. In this role, you will be leading a team that is responsible for launching new products, overseeing marketing campaigns, managing inventory, connecting with customers, and driving growth across multiple marketing channels.Key

Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing strategy — execute on creative marketing campaigns to drive revenue and awareness.
  • Execute monthly flavor drops — plan launches of our new flavors and products across all channels and departments.
  • Direct brand engagement — connect with customers through detailed marketing campaigns and through our free Transform at Home App.
  • Collaborate with Influencers and Partners — strategize content to grow brand love, engagement, and community.
  • Manage and forecast inventory — collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure products are in stock.
  • Drive revenue growth — execute initiatives to grow , , and .
  • Track performance and report results — for all brand marketing efforts, continuously optimizing creative and campaign strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content strategy, and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
