Specializing in guiding the design process, we offer expertise in room design, function, style, and flow. Additionally, we serve as a reliable inventory rental resource for our design and planning partners.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Brand & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing the company’s brand strategy while leading all marketing initiatives. This role ensures brand consistency across all internal and external channels, builds awareness, engages target audiences, and supports the company’s growth objectives.

The Brand & Marketing Manager creates and executes marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and digital content that showcase the company’s creativity and expertise. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms, producing and curating photo and video content, creating blog and newsletter materials, and collaborating with creative and production teams to capture authentic behind-the-scenes storytelling. By leveraging strategic marketing initiatives and compelling content, this role strengthens the company’s brand identity, broadens its reach, and positions the company as a thought leader in the event design and production industry.

Responsibilities of our Brand & Marketing Manager includes but are not limited to:

Brand Strategy & Management

  • Define and maintain the company’s brand positioning, voice, and visual identity.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, print, events, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with leadership to evolve brand strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor brand perception, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance brand equity.
  • Curate creative content that highlights the craft, innovation, and behind-the-scenes process of event design and production.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to build awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
  • Manage social media strategy, content creation, and scheduling across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Capture, edit, and curate behind-the-scenes photography and video content showcasing design, fabrication, and installation processes.
  • Create digital marketing collateral, including graphics, newsletters, and blog posts.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with event schedules to ensure timely promotion of projects and seasonal initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategy to optimize reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Highlight unique design elements, innovative solutions, and production challenges to position the company as a thought leader in the event industry.
  • Work with the creative team to ensure all marketing materials accurately reflect the company’s design philosophy, craftsmanship, and event expertise.
  • Coordinate with clients and/or industry partners to gain access to event images and videos for marketing, social media, and brand storytelling purposes.
  • Curate and manage a library of approved images and video assets to ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels.

Business Development Support

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and audience insights.
  • Collaborate with creative and leadership teams to develop marketing assets that support business growth and client acquisition.
  • Assist with campaigns to promote company capabilities, unique offerings, and creative expertise to prospective clients and industry partners.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Measure and report on brand and marketing performance, including social media metrics, website analytics, and campaign results.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement of marketing strategies and content.
  • Track marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and aligned with business objectives.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work cross-functionally with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and messaging.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members or external partners on marketing content, social media, and brand consistency.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally, ensuring all employees understand and communicate the company’s values and identity.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or social media, preferably in events, hospitality, or experiential industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or video editing software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing campaigns, and email marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with event promotion and behind-the-scenes content creation strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Web Development is a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role requires regular standing, walking, and movement within warehouse and event environments. Work occurs in both climate-controlled and non–climate-controlled settings, indoors and outdoors. Vision capabilities must include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The role includes periodic travel, domestically & internationally, and requires availability on nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
