Position Summary
The Brand Marketing Manager is the steward of World Youth Clubs’ voice, narrative, and brand expression. This role leads the development of written and digital content that communicates the organization’s mission, impact, and value to a global audience. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled writer and editor who can translate complex ideas into clear, compelling stories—balancing strategic brand thinking with hands‑on content creation.
This position partners closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent, high‑quality messaging across all platforms, supporting organizational growth and global Affiliate engagement within the nonprofit sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Writing, Content & Storytelling
- Lead the creation of high‑quality written content, including impact statements, case studies, campaign messaging, website copy, and promotional materials
- Translate program outcomes and organizational priorities into clear, engaging narratives tailored to diverse audiences
- Ensure all written materials reflect a consistent brand voice, tone, and editorial standard
- Edit and proofread content across channels to ensure clarity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Digital Content Creation
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media content across World Youth Clubs’ channels
- Manage website content updates working with stakeholders for feedback
- Track analytics and use data‑driven insights to refine messaging and improve digital content effectiveness
Collaboration & Operations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Agency Partners to align messaging and execution
- Support Affiliate Recruitment marketing initiatives globally
- Manage CRM contact lists for marketing and communications purposes
- Coordinate promotional materials, fulfillment, and post‑event follow‑up campaigns
- Other job duties, as assigned
Experience, Knowledge & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing or communications experience with a strong writing focus
- Demonstrated ability to write, edit, and manage content across multiple formats and platforms
- Experience with digital marketing tools, websites, and social media content creation
- Nonprofit or cause‑driven marketing experience strongly preferred
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus, but not required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
