Brand Marketing Manager / Supervisor (Automotive Industry Focus)

[Core Responsibilities]
1. Regional Brand Strategy Planning & Execution
- Formulate regional annual brand marketing strategies and promotion plans based on the cultural characteristics and consumer habits of Dubai and the Middle East market, and drive the execution of various marketing activities.
- Strictly control the visual image and external messaging of the brand locally, ensuring brand tonality remains highly consistent with the Group's global strategy.
1. Marketing Activities & PR Communication
- Coordinate, plan, and execute local marketing activities such as new car launch events, media test drives, major auto shows (e.g., Dubai International Motor Show), and offline roadshows.
- Expand and maintain relationships with local mainstream media, automotive vertical media, and KOLs/KOCs to effectively convey positive brand messaging.
1. Digital Marketing & Lead Conversion
- Manage operations and ad placements on local social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat) and digital advertising channels to accurately reach target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze the acquisition and conversion effectiveness of online marketing leads, collaborating with the sales team to optimize customer acquisition channels and improve Marketing ROI.
1. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Closely monitor the latest trends in the Middle East automotive market, regularly conducting research and analysis on competitor pricing, product configurations, and marketing strategies to provide data support for regional sales strategy adjustments.
- Gain a deep understanding of local religious customs and laws to ensure all marketing activities comply with local cultural taboos and regulatory requirements.
[Qualifications]
1. Automotive Industry Background (Core Mandatory Requirement)
- Must possess a solid background in automotive marketing. Prior experience in the overseas marketing department of an OEM, regional marketing for well-known automotive brands, or multinational PR/advertising agencies (serving automotive clients) is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of overseas automotive marketing logic, with familiarity in the automotive consumer culture, media ecosystem, and methods of reaching high-net-worth individuals in the Middle East (especially GCC countries).
1. Education & Language
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Journalism & Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, Arabic, or related fields.
- Language Requirements: Proficient in English with excellent English copywriting and business negotiation skills, capable of using English as the daily working language. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant plus.
1. Work Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of relevant experience in automotive marketing. Prior experience in promoting an overseas brand from 0 to 1 or planning large-scale multinational auto shows is highly preferred.
- Excellent creative planning, aesthetic, and cross-cultural communication skills. Data-sensitive with a strong results-oriented mindset.
- Highly resilient, aligned with Dongfeng Motor's corporate culture, able to adapt to the pace of overseas expatriate work and frequent business travel, and possessing a high sense of responsibility and execution.
Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per hour
