Brand Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

As a key member of Quility’s marketing team, the Brand Marketing Specialist drives the creation, execution, and optimization of campaigns and content designed to amplify the Quility brand. This role blends creativity with strategic thinking, managing both paid and organic initiatives while spearheading public relations and media efforts to strengthen our market presence and brand reputation.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and deploy organic and paid social media campaigns in support of Quility brand. Accounts include Instagram, FB, Pinterest, LinkedIn. Functions include but not limited to scheduling, community management, execution of strategy, asset creation, and providing recommendations for social improvements and optimizations.

  • Paid media owner – content and campaign ideation and creation, beginning with copywriting and flowing through team members in creative services for design and AV support. Setup, own, and report on all campaigns running in Meta and Google and providing recommendations for the larger marketing team for improvements and optimizations for Quility brand.

  • Utilizing internal data, campaign insights and industry trends to update critical internal marketing documents such as buyer personas, audience reporting and more.

  • Support team members in the creation and ideation of brand and product awareness content, including videos, sales collateral (as needed).

  • Responsible for brand partnership and awards research, outreach, planning, and content creation.

  • Contribute to internal media team strategies and efforts to achieve greater share of voice and increase brand and product awareness for all Quility brands.

  • Knowledge on all digital insurance products and Quility platforms – understanding how they function and their value/purpose to the company.

  • Collaborate with product office, distribution marketing and marketing operations teams to create marketing strategies and nurturing programs that increase market awareness and demand for proprietary products and Quility platforms.

  • Create and evolve audience personas based on data and learnings.

  • Support go-to-market launch plans as assigned by Director of Marketing.

  • Responsible for business-as-usual upkeep of social asset library.

  • Working knowledge of corporate platforms for our agents with editing capabilities as needed. Daily use of HubSpot, Falcon.io and Atlassian applications (JIRA, Confluence).

  • Liaison and resource for brand marketing with other teams – distribution marketing, marketing operations, SEO and content, agent activation, training, sales/distribution, dev, product teams and creative teams (graphic design & AV).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications roles.
  • Proven track record planning, executing, and optimizing paid and organic marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong writing and editing skills; experience creating brand-aligned content and managing public relations or media outreach.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, social media insights, etc.) and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and other teams.
  • Keen eye for maintaining brand consistency and elevating brand voice across channels.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, building access is limited to two sets of stairs and may require lifting or moving objects up to 30 lbs. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
