Job Summary
We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about beauty to join our Brand Marketing team. If you are a beauty lover, follow K-Beauty trends, enjoy discovering new products, and want to grow your career in the beauty industry, this role is perfect for you.

You will support multiple K-Beauty brands in the North American market, managing brand communication, compliance, launch planning, brand execution, data analysis, competitive research, social media direction, and sales support.

This role also requires occasional travel (trade shows, brand visits, retail visits) and flexible working hours when communicating with brand teams in Korea.

What You’ll Do

1. Brand Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the main liaison with K-Beauty brand partners in Korea.
  • Communicate product information, marketing assets, timelines, and pricing.
  • Adapt working hours as needed to coordinate with Korea time zone.

2. Product Compliance

  • Assist with MoCRA, INCI lists, formula documents, packaging labels, and other compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all products meet U.S. standards before launch.

3. New Launch (GTM) Planning

  • Create launch calendars, SKU plans, and positioning strategies.
  • Prepare product highlights, competitive advantages, and retail selling points.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for a smooth GTM execution.

4. Brand Execution

  • Maintain consistent brand visual identity across all channels.
  • Support POP materials, display design, color charts, and retail fixtures.
  • Participate in offline activations and retail merchandising support.

5. Market & Sales Performance Analysis

  • Analyze GMV, sell-through, inventory trends, customer behavior, and product performance.
  • Provide monthly data-driven insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Identify growth opportunities based on performance metrics.

6. Competitive Research

  • Track competitor launches, promotions, pricing, and market activity.
  • Deliver actionable competitive insights.

7. Social Media Support

  • Provide content direction to the social team based on brand goals and market trends.
  • Support TikTok/Instagram campaign planning.

8. Sales Collaboration

  • Assist sales with launch presentations, training materials, and buyer decks.
  • Help build quarterly product assortment plans and promotional strategies.

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

  • A genuine passion for beauty — especially K-Beauty
  • Strong data analysis skills (Ability to interpret GMV, sell-through, replenishment trends, pricing analysis, and market insights)
  • 5+ years of experience in beauty brand management/marketing
  • Strong understanding of product launch processes, compliance basics, and documentation
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours for Korea communication
  • Willingness to travel for shows, brand visits, and retail support
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin a strong plus

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in beauty retail (Sephora, Ulta, etc.)
  • Experience with TikTok Shop or e-commerce
  • Basic design skills (Canva / Photoshop)
  • Familiarity with beauty creators and content trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
