Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that elevate our brand, engage consumers, and drive sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, a keen eye for creative excellence, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop unique brand identities, messaging, and visual aesthetics to stand out in the crowded beauty market.
  • Ensure consistency across all brand communications.
  • Generate excitement and anticipation around new product launches with captivating campaigns.
  • Utilize visual content like videos, tutorials, and influencer collaborations to showcase products.
  • Craft compelling narratives around the brand's mission, values, and product ingredients.
  • Foster emotional connections with consumers.
  • Leverage social media platforms to engage with consumers, build community, and encourage user generated content.
  • Implement hashtags, challenges, and interactive campaigns to build brand loyalty and encourage word of mouth marketing.
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to reach wider audiences.
  • Identify influencers whose style and audience align with the brand ethos to authentically promote products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers, bloggers, and industry personalities to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate influencer events, product send-outs, and exclusive previews to engage influencers and their audiences.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for influencer partnerships to ensure cost-effective and impactful collaborations.
  • Analyze influencer performance metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns.
  • Explore new influencer marketing trends and platforms to keep the brand's strategy innovative and effective.
  • Develop creative briefs for influencers to ensure brand messaging is effectively communicated.
  • Oversee the creation of high quality visual content, including photoshoots, videos, and graphics.
  • Ensure all visual assets are cohesive, on brand, and visually appealing.
  • Stay attuned to emerging trends in the beauty industry, from skincare ingredients to makeup techniques.
  • Identify and capitalize on trends to position the brand as innovative and relevant.
  • Collaborate with respective teams to strategize creative campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Ideate, storyboard, and execute visuals for advertisements, social media content, and other marketing materials.
  • Oversee the creation of visual content for various marketing channels such as social media, website, and print collateral.
  • Ensure content quality and alignment with brand standards.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, social platform updates, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Inform creative decisions to ensure the brand remains competitive in the market.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, sales, and e-commerce.
  • Ensure creative assets align with overall brand strategies and objectives.
  • Manage the creative budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Maintain quality standards while supporting various initiatives.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand's website.
  • Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to refine and improve performance.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve marketing goals.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote the brand and its products.
  • Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on 360-degree marketing and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent storytelling and creative skills.
  • Experience in the beauty industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
