-  Financial & Performance Management   Review financial reports, monitor sales results, control costs, and implement measures to prevent waste, losses, and stock aging, ensuring achievement of overall business objectives. 
-  Market & Customer Focus   Conduct competitor analysis and market research, assess customer satisfaction, and maintain strong customer relationships, handling feedback and complaints promptly. 
-  Product & Brand Development   Drive innovation in products in collaboration with principals and buying teams, ensure proper visual merchandising, and uphold brand guidelines across all concepts. 
-  People Leadership   Recruit, train, and coach staff, set KPIs with HR, implement recognition programs, and foster a unified management style and positive work culture across all stores. 
-  Team Development & Succession Planning   Evaluate staff performance, administer personal development programs, and build succession pipelines to ensure high-performing, motivated teams.
