Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to lead growth across Pakistan. This role focuses on partnerships, client acquisition, and revenue growth, working closely with leadership to expand our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and close brand and partnership opportunities
  • Build and manage relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Drive revenue growth across influencer marketing and media services
  • Pitch services, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
  • Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth campaign execution post-sale

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of business development or sales experience
  • Strong network within brands, agencies, or marketing ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
  • Experience in marketing, media, or digital services preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
