About the Role

We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Video Content Creator to produce engaging short-form and long-form video content for our brand across social media and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in storytelling, filming, editing, and creating content that increases brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Create reels, product videos, behind-the-scenes clips, promotional campaigns, and educational content.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams on campaigns and content calendars.
• Add captions, graphics, transitions, music, and motion elements to videos.
• Manage video equipment, lighting, and audio during shoots.
• Optimize videos for different platforms and audience engagement.
• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and visual branding.
• Assist in brainstorming new content ideas to grow audience reach.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media video content.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and content performance.
• Ability to shoot videos using cameras, smartphones, and basic lighting setups.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
• Good communication and time-management abilities.
• Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience working with brands, agencies, or e-commerce companies.
• Familiarity with AI tools and content automation tools is a bonus.

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
