*We Are Hiring – Brand Promoter Development Manager**

Location:** Indore

** Salary:** Up to **12 LPA**

* Experience:** 4–8 years in promoter management, retail operations, or mobile industry preferred.

Key Responsibilities:**

* Recruit, train & develop brand promoters

* Monitor promoter performance and productivity

* Drive in-store branding, visibility & customer conversion

* Plan and execute market activation & promotional activities

* Coordinate with sales & marketing teams for business growth

* Ensure compliance with brand standards across all outlets

* Prepare performance reports & feedback for management

Ideal Candidate:**

* Strong leadership & team-handling skills

* Experience in telecom/mobile/retail industry

* Excellent communication & people-management abilities

* Target-oriented, proactive, and strong market understanding
