Job Title: Brand & Signage Production Coordinator

Salary Range: $40,000 - $48,000 per year

Reports to: Founder/Principal Designer

Date: ASAP

Summary/Objective:
This position supports the execution and consistency of the firm’s brand across all platforms and serves as a key partner to the Founder and Design Team. The Brand Coordinator bridges creative vision with organized execution, ensuring all brand touchpoints reflect the firm’s aesthetic, voice, and standards while supporting marketing initiatives and business growth.

Essential Functions:

Lead on Signage Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact between signage vendor and client
• Present tiered budget options (good / better / best packages) for client consideration
• Provide signage design concepts aligned with interior concepts
• Communicate timelines, sample status, and key updates to clients
• Review and proof shop drawings, coordinating revisions as needed
• Evaluate and approve or decline samples
• Coordinate and confirm installation schedules
• Produce mockups as needed to support design intent
• Read construction documentation sets to confirm signage location, structural, and lighting needs
• Initiate coordination between client and other design disciplines to confirm all signage requirements and expectations are met

Branding presentation scheduling & coordination

• Schedule project kick-offs and presentations in a timely manner
• Follow up with clients to ensure prompt scheduling and confirmations
• Provide clients with presentation decks promptly after meetings

Brand Packaging + Production Coordination

• Source merchandise manufacturers and coordinate production, including sample procurement and review

Illustration and graphic design

• Support the development of illustrations as needed

Social media coordination

• Assist in managing content scheduling and maintaining a consistent posting cadence
• Assist with content creation and content selection as needed

Competency:

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Close attention to detail with a strong aesthetic sensibility.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Procreate, and/or Canva.

Familiarity with social media platforms

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Work Environment:
This role requires working in a standard office environment with occasional flexibility for remote work. The noise level is typically moderate, typical of a shared office space.

Physical Demands:

• Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
Full-time position with the expectation to work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. Standard office hours are Monday through Thursday in-office, Friday remote, with additional flexibility as needed.

Travel:
Minimal travel is expected, mostly local within Austin, TX, with some potential overnight travel for project installations or photoshoots.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

Experience working in digital media, signage production or branded content is preferred.

Experience in interior design, architecture, or a creative industry is a plus

Multifamily experience is preferred.

A keen eye for design is vital
