Job Description – Brand & Social Media Strategist (Onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking a Brand & Social Media Strategist to work onsite and closely support the Head of Marketing in driving brand growth, social media impact, and overall department alignment. This role blends creative strategy, content direction, and project management — ensuring the brand communicates consistently while the marketing team operates in a structured and collaborative way.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can translate ideas into actionable campaigns, while also setting up the systems and workflows that keep the marketing department running smoothly.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and execute brand positioning and messaging strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the social media strategy across platforms: content calendars, campaigns, engagement, and analytics.
  • Partner with content creators, designers, and campaign managers to ensure brand consistency.
  • Identify and manage PR and influencer collaborations to extend brand reach and reputation.
  • Stay updated on market and competitor trends to refine strategies.

Marketing Alignment & Department Support

  • Work onsite with the Head of Marketing to align all marketing initiatives.
  • Set up and manage a project management system (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Notion) to streamline workflows.
  • Create clear processes, reporting structures, and timelines for the marketing team.
  • Ensure strong cross-department collaboration (sales, design, development, content).
  • Act as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring ideas are translated into deliverables.

Content & Campaign Support

  • Contribute to content strategy and storytelling.
  • Support execution of multi-channel campaigns across social media, PR, and influencer marketing.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, sharing data-driven insights for improvements.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in brand strategy, social media management, or marketing.
  • Hands-on knowledge of social media platforms, engagement tools, and analytics.
  • Proven ability to set up and manage project management/workflow systems.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills; able to keep teams aligned and accountable.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to work onsite in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in PR, influencer marketing, or events.
  • Prior exposure to brand building in consultancy, tech, or consumer-focused industries.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Creative background (design, content, or campaign ideation).
