New York Coffee & Peroz Healthy Eatery are looking for a Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager to help strengthen our brand presence and bring structure, clarity, and consistency to our marketing efforts.

This role is for someone who can think strategically and execute operationally — someone who understands branding, content direction, and how to turn ideas into clear weekly action.

What You’ll Do:

Brand & Strategy

  • Define and refine New York Coffee’s brand positioning, tone, and messaging
  • Set clear content pillars and campaign themes
  • Build marketing strategies that align with business goals (growth, launches, collaborations)

Marketing Operations

  • Translate strategy into monthly and weekly content plans
  • Brief and manage content creators (reels, visuals, scheduling)
  • Create structure around workflows, timelines, and approvals
  • Ensure consistency across Instagram, in-store messaging, and campaigns

Performance & Optimization

  • Track what’s working and what’s not
  • Optimize content and campaigns based on results
  • Bring clarity and focus to marketing efforts (less noise, more impact)

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or marketing operations
  • Strong understanding of content, social media, and branding
  • Organized, structured, and execution-focused
  • Experience in F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working with creative teams and guiding them with clear direction.
