Brand Specialist (In-House Brands | Agency Experience Required)

Job Description:

Keach Technologies is seeking an experienced Brand Specialist to build, manage, and scale our in-house brands. This role requires at least 3 years of prior agency experience and a strong understanding of how to grow brands through strategic positioning, social engagement, community building, PR outreach, and email marketing.

You will own the brand voice, increase brand visibility, and drive audience growth across digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies for in-house brands
• Define and maintain brand identity, messaging, tone, and positioning
• Plan, create, and manage social media posting and scheduling
• Manage social media accounts and build active brand communities
• Run engagement campaigns to increase reach, attention, and followers
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
• Build and grow email subscriber lists
• Plan and send email newsletters for promotions, launches, and offers
• Execute PR outreach to blogs, publications, influencers, and media outlets
• Manage online reputation, including reviews, mentions, and brand sentiment
• Coordinate with design, content, and other stake holders to grow the brand.
• Track performance metrics and optimize brand activities accordingly

Requirements:

• 3+ years of brand-building experience, with mandatory agency background
• Proven experience growing brands through organic channels
• Strong understanding of social media, community engagement, and PR
• Hands-on experience with email marketing and list building
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining brand consistency

Nice to Have:

• Experience with eCommerce, Animation, and Marketing Service brands
• Familiarity with PR tools, GoHighLevel, and other required tools
• Experience managing brand launches or rebrands
