The Role

We’re looking for a Brand Strategist to join our team, someone who can move seamlessly from big-picture thinking to sharp, tactical execution. You’ll lead and support brand strategy development across a range of clients and industries, collaborating closely with creatives, researchers, and founders.

This is not a rinse-and-repeat agency role. Every client is different, and so is every day.

What You’ll Do

• Develop brand strategy frameworks, including positioning, purpose, tone of voice, messaging, and architecture.
• Conduct and synthesize market research, competitive audits, stakeholder interviews, and consumer insights.
• Translate strategy into tangible outputs: brand activations, brand enhancements, strategic recommendations and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, content teams, and clients to bring strategy to life across campaigns and experiences.
• Support in workshops, pitch development, and ongoing client management.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in brand strategy, brand consultancy, or a related brand management/marketing role.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
• Strong analytical thinking — you connect dots others miss.
• Comfort working across different markets (Bilingual - Arabic and English)
• Proactive mindset — you take ownership, ask smart questions, and push for excellence.
