Our portfolio spans a wide range of academic resources — from Class 3 to international-level test prep materials such as GRE and GMAT.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of educational products — from ideation and planning to development, launch, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct detailed market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies aligned with market demand and organizational goals.
• Define detailed product requirements and specifications using market insights, data analysis, and customer feedback.
• Lead product development initiatives, ensuring timely execution and maintaining high quality standards.
• Develop product marketing strategies, including promotional assets, sales enablement tools, and launch plans.
• Track product performance regularly and gather feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and product expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably within the education, publishing, or EdTech sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed product decisions.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for education and a commitment to delivering impactful learning solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
