Brand Success Manager - Car Wash

Seeking a True Washer with Direct Experience Operating Car Wash Locations

Woven is actively seeking a Brand Success Manager to lead our partnerships with multi-location car wash brands. You’ll be the strategic advisor for car wash operators using Woven, drawing on years of hands-on car wash experience to translate operational realities into product guidance customers can actually use. We need an experienced washer who considers themselves a perfectionist within their area of expertise yet thrives with a variety of job responsibilities.

Responsibilities and Role Overview

· Experienced car wash professional required: direct maintenance expertise, management, or operations leadership at a car wash brand

· Prior CSM experience is helpful but not required; if you know car wash, we’ll teach you the software side

· Translate hands-on car wash maintenance and operations expertise into product guidance customers can put to work tomorrow

· Partner with multi-site car wash operators on rollout, adoption and continuous improvement across their locations

· Guide customers to success through amazing onboarding, training and follow-up

· Respond to customer questions, issues and needs as if your grandmother was asking

· Create clear Help Articles and Videos to drive customer success and adoption

· Advocate for your customers inside Woven

· Regularly acquire product knowledge and become the go-to resource

· Full-time, salaried with group medical, paid vacation and 401k

· Based out of our Carmel, IN office: first 90 days in office, then 2 to 5 days a week in office thereafter
