Brand Team Lead Responsibilities

• Lead a team of brand representatives to meet and exceed client enrollment goals across the Dallas metro area
• Train and mentor team members, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives
• Represent clean energy clients with professionalism, helping businesses understand their service options and benefits
• Develop and execute outreach strategies tailored to business needs, market trends, and client goalsTrack performance data, client feedback, and market insights to refine messaging and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth campaign delivery and brand consistency

What We’re Looking For in a Brand Team Lead:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, brand representation, team leadership, or a related customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive mindset with the ability to motivate others and drive results
• Interest or background in clean energy or sustainability is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
