Lymph Bright is a women-led wellness clinic specializing in lymphatic drainage, post-surgical care, and education-based wellness services. Our brand is refined, intentional, and grounded in credibility. We are seeking a Brand & Visual Content Lead to join our team as an in-house employee and take ownership of our video, reels, and visual content across all platforms, with sophistication, consistency, and attention to detail.
This role is ideal for someone who can create elevated visual and video content, adapt it seamlessly across platforms, and respect brand standards deeply—while steadily growing into independent decision-making with less need for approval over time.
About the Role
As the Brand & Visual Content Lead, you will create, execute, and maintain all visual, video, and educational brand content across social media, digital platforms, and the website. You will work closely with leadership initially to translate vision, wellness education, and marketing goals into polished, on-brand content. As alignment and trust develop, you will be expected to make informed creative decisions independently, requiring less ongoing feedback while maintaining high standards.
This is a long-term, in-house position for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing hands-on creative execution with organization, follow-through, and growing ownership.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo, Reels & Cross-Platform Visual Content (Primary Focus)
- Create, edit, and refine short-form videos and reels for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Adapt video and graphic content across platforms while preserving brand sophistication
- Ensure pacing, composition, captions, overlays, and transitions reflect an elevated wellness aesthetic
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and visual language across all video content
Brand, Graphic & Educational Content
- Design on-brand graphics for social media, email, website, and print
- Translate wellness and educational concepts into clear, elegant, and structured visuals
- Create infographics, carousels, and educational posts that support learning and credibility
- Maintain strict consistency with brand guidelines (colors, fonts, layout, hierarchy, tone)
Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social platforms
- Write thoughtful captions aligned with brand voice
- Monitor engagement and respond to messages and comments professionally
- Manage and optimize lead-generation ads on social media platforms
Campaign Development, Analytics & Reporting
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Track performance metrics including engagement, reach, and conversions
- Compile regular performance summaries and insights for leadership
- Use data to refine content and improve results
Website & Digital Presence (Squarespace)
- Update and maintain visual and written content on our Squarespace website
- Upload content, adjust layouts, and ensure brand consistency throughout
- Support ongoing refinements and visual improvements
Client Engagement & Team Support
- Act as a visible brand presence within the clinic, supporting client experience and team connection
- Welcome clients and assist with check-in and check-out as part of the overall brand experience
- Engage with clients in person and online to reinforce monthly promotions, services, and educational initiatives
- Support the team in promoting services, memberships, and campaigns throughout the month
- Respond to phone and online inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and brand alignment
- Provide accurate information about services, products, memberships, and gift certificates
- Collaborate with front desk and leadership to help the clinic reach monthly goals
- Maintain accurate records when supporting client-facing and administrative tasks
Training & Professional Development
- Attend mandatory paid training during work hours
- Participate in suggested professional development or training on your own time, as agreed
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform duties customarily associated with this role
- Support additional projects or tasks as assigned by management

- Proven experience creating and editing short-form videos and reels
- Experience managing content across social platforms
- Working knowledge of Squarespace
- Understanding of branding, typography, visual hierarchy, and pacing
