About the Role

The Revonic Company is hiring a Brand & Visual Designer to support the continued development of Creator Cards, a creator-focused physical product and platform.

This role will focus on shaping and refining the visual identity of the project across both digital and print. You’ll be working on real, production-facing assets—from card designs to website visuals—while helping establish consistent design systems as we move toward launch.

This is an early-stage opportunity with high creative ownership. We’re looking for someone who can take direction, build on it, and contribute meaningfully to the overall visual standard of the brand.

What You’ll Do

• Design and refine visual assets across digital and print (cards, web, marketing)
• Contribute to and help evolve the Creator Cards brand identity
• Create and iterate on design concepts with a high level of ownership
• Ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints
• Collaborate with internal team members (outreach, operations, leadership)
• Incorporate feedback while maintaining strong design standards
• Assist in building scalable design systems and workflows

What We’re Looking For

• Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, composition)
• Experience in branding, graphic design, or visual storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools
• Ability to work with evolving direction in a startup-style environment
• High attention to detail and ability to self-manage
• Interest in creators, online communities, or digital products is a plus
• Prior experience preferred, but portfolio quality is the primary factor

Position Details

• Schedule: 10–15 hours per week (to start)
• Location: Remote (must reside in Indiana or Illinois)
• Compensation: Hourly, based on experience
• Employment Type: W-2
• Start Date: Flexible
