We are seeking a personable, dynamic, and professionally driven Store Manager (SM) to be the face and voice of our premium grooming destination — The ideal candidate will possess a blend of excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and a strong sense of personal grooming and presentation. The role requires creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless guest experience from the first point of contact to post- service follow-up.

• Sanitization & Hygiene Monitoring
• Daily Checklist, Roaster, Planning, Organizing & Controlling.

Skills Required-

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles preferred (hospitality, retail, salon, etc.).
• Pleasant personality with a strong sense of grooming and presentation.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle high-pressure situations with poise.
• Familiarity with salon software or appointment booking tools is an added advantage
